Jenni Finlay has owned and operated Jenni Finlay Promotions for more than a decade, and her business has shaped careers for several dozen Americana singer-songwriters. Finlay is co-owner of Eight 30 Records. She has expanded into artist management with acclaimed songwriter James McMurtry. She further supports quality music and musicians by presenting the monthly series Catfish Catfish Concerts. In addition to her books of poetry, Finlay is co-author of Kent Finlay, Dreamer: The Musical Legacy behind Cheatham Street Warehouse (Texas A&M University Press, 2016).
